After a lovely stay, my daughter accidentally left behind a precious stuffed animal that she'd slept with since she was an infant. When it became clear that we'd arrived in Virginia without it, we called the hotel, and their response was incredible. A multi-day search...

“The staff was amazingly helpful and nice. We got in later than expected 1 am and Marshal was super helpful, got us our room right away. And then texted us several times through out the week to ensure we had everything we needed. Lynn always greeted us with a smile whenever she was there. The room was super clean, the views amazing, and the bed wonderfully comfortable. The Pool was clean and delightful during the hot days of our stay. We will definitely be coming back ! ”

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”

“This rental does not include sheets, towels. You have to ask and pay for it when you check in. To find out where to check in was another job and it’s located 5 blocks away. The place is dark, musty, very old. All beds are bunk beds. Some roaches. We won’t come back.”
